Sleep Well: Seminar

Millions of Americans suffer from insomnia. Over 30 years of research has demonstrated the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral approaches in the management of insomnia. This 4-part seminar series will review cognitive-behavioral approaches, as well as explore the more recent developments in the application of mindfulness techniques to the management of Insomnia.
This seminar is open to any adult interested in learning strategies to decrease insomnia. The seminar is free of charge. Each seminar builds on the last, so participants should plan to attend all 4 seminars.
