Can’t We All Just Get Along?
Today’s workforce is decidedly multi-generational. It is comprised of five generations— Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y (or Millennials), and a smattering of Generation Z—whose life experiences have left indelible marks on their values and work preferences. Those differences in values and work preferences can create friction in the workplace. However, it can also be used as an advantage for a business if handled correctly.
Join us Wednesday, April 26th to discuss the generational differences, start to understand each other, and discover common ground in order to provide a better and more productive work environment.

Todd Diedrich: The event will be facilitated by Todd Diedrich, a business executive in Central Wisconsin who devotes his time to public speaking, providing leadership training, and conducting strategic-planning sessions. Todd is also an adjunct instructor at a local community college and recently authored and published his first book called “Daily Dose.”
Panel: The panel will consist of an individual representing each generation; Traditionalists, Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Millennials.
