Paws for Brittany – Benefiting Marshfield Area Pet Shelter – May 7, 2016

Screen Shot 2016-04-14 at 1.26.50 PMYou’re invited to join the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter on Saturday, May 7th for the third annual Paws for Brittany Memorial Fun Run and Dog Walk.
Paws For Brittany was started by family and friends of Brittany Zimmermann to honor her life and her compassionate spirit for animals. The event starts and finishes in beautiful Wildwood Park & Zoo; taking you around the upper pond, past buffalo, elk, wolves and other wildlife. Pets and strollers are welcome. This family-friendly event for all ages benefits the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter, a dedicated group of passionate volunteers making a difference in the lives of local homeless animals. MAPS is currently operating out of a temporary home at 210 W 29th Street, with aspiration of someday building a new facility for the Marshfield area. Once the new MAPS facility is built, the Free Roaming Cat Room will be dedicated in memory of Brittany.
Registration fee for this event is $25.00, for ages 13 and above which includes a Paws For Brittany t-shirt. Extra adult and child-sized t-shirts will be available for purchase at the event. We encourage all participants to register before April 20 to ensure an event t-shirt. Participants can also register the morning of the event.
Register online at PawsForBrittany.com or visit MAPS Microchip and Adoption Center located inside Marshfield Mall to pick up a registration form. Event sponsors are also needed and donations are always welcome. Contact MAPS for more information.
Join us on May 7th at Wildwood Park and Zoo to honor a special young woman and raise funds to help the many animals she adored. www.PawsForBrittany.com
